Description
During the WG10 meeting in Regenburg in June 2023 decisions were taken about the local/remote concept in general.
The discussion was held on basis of use cases given in a PowerPoint presentation; the decisions were captured in the same file.
These decisions need to be fed into the relevant parts of IEC 61850. This will require modification of existing clauses as well as new abstracts to be added.
The decisions need to be worked on and submitted to the team in charge of updating the relevant core parts of IEC 61850.
