Based on feedback from IEC 62746-4, the description of MarketEvent:eventType is not clear:

Actual event type. Event types may be:
Bid submission open/close
Gas Market open/close
Market Clearing Execution start/end
Market Results Publish DateTime

Proposed Solution

Replace with:

MarketEvent provide a mechanism to group related activities withing a particular market context together. For example, a "Day-Ahead Market Clearing" event may contain 24 hourly dispatch solutions for the following day. A "Demand Response" event may have an ad-hoc start and end time with multiple ad-hoc instructions to flexible load resource as system conditions change during the event.

Improved description

MarketEvent provide a mechanism to group related activities within a particular market context. For example, a "Day-Ahead Market Clearing" event may contain 24 hourly dispatch solutions for the following day. A "Demand Response" event may have an ad-hoc start and end time with multiple ad-hoc instructions to flexible load resources as system conditions change.
