Description
IEC 61970-301 chapter 4.6.2.2 and 4.6.3 include description of IdentifiedObject class and Names model. This would need to be updated to reflect the updated model using Identity.
Proposed Solution
Issue 6802 is the implementation of the Identity class. The issue was closed in CIM18v11.
