Description

Replace the LinearShuntCompensatorPhase.phase attribute with an .orderedPhases attribute. This allows more accurate modeling for this class as it does for other Phase classes which can be connected between wires. (As background, on TransformerTankEnd, the .phase attribute was replaced with an .orderedPhases attribute and this resolved ambiguities in open wye, open delta, and split-phase connections. And under issue GMDM 8 Redmine 6342 - Phase modeling on the low side of residential and commercial service transformers, a recommendation is made to replace the phase attribute on EnergyConsumerPhase, and PowerElectronicsConnectionPhase.)
SwitchPhase, ACLineSegmentPhase, and other “series” components wouldn’t need this change.
