This addition was described in IEC TR 62325-103. It will e.g. be used to tell a start or an end date for supply of energy, an snapshot date and a validity date for the provided information/update.

Proposed Solution

Add a many-to-many association between MktActivityRecord and DateAndOrTime. See further attached file.

Decision

Agreed in Europe and is part of the current MarketManagement update.
