Description

During the lifecycle of an UnplannedOutage, it is possible that the outage should be excluded from reliability indices (e.g., IEEE guidelines). This can happen if the outage was part of a major event, or if the outage was caused by cusotmer equipment, for example.

Proposed Solution

Suggest adding Boolean to Outage and call it ‘notReportable’. Or we could create a new class OutageReportingFlag and have a zero to many association to Outage.
