Description

The Functional profile lists the role OperationalLimitSet.RateTemperature, but this is not possible because the RateTemperature class is only defined in the Entsoe2 extension in appendix B.

Proposed Solution

Move the OperationalLimitSet.RateTemperature role out of section 6.3 and into appendix B.
