The AssetCatalog profile lists the role WirePhaseInfo.WireEarthInfo, but this is not possible because the WireEarthInfo class exists only in the NEKno extension in appendix B.
Proposed Solution
Move the WirePhaseInfo.WireEarthInfo role out of 6.11 and into appendix B.
