CDPSM section 6.3.2.97 bullet 4 contains instructions to use the TransformerTank class, but none of the profiles in the document contain the TransformerTank nor TransformerTankEnd classes.

Proposed Solution

Add the TransformerTank and TransformerTankEnd classes to the Functional profile.
