Due to the removal of the ProfilesIEC62325 package which caused confusion for EuropeanStyleMarketProfiles, we need to find a new home for Market Profile Diagrams (Environmental).
Proposed Solution
Propose to move the "Environmental Profile" package to the Environmental:DetailledDiagram package
Decision
1/20/2022: Come back to discuss bringing back in the IEC62325Profiles package. Discuss why the versioning was causing confusion.
