Review Mkt classes that are included in the touch point associations between Markets and Network model.
Proposed Solution
Identify which Mkt classes may be replaced by the addition of either cross-package associations or additional attributes to the existing WG13 classes.

Initial discussion of the use of DistributionFactorSet, LoadDistributionFactor, GenDistributionFactor and SysLoadDistributionFactor may lead to deprecation. More discussion is necessary to align with other profiles to provide this type of data as input to the market.
