There needs to be a distinction between Work Dispatch and Work Scheduling as they seem to overlap in definition. Work Dispatch should focus on communicating the work to be done to those who will be performing the work either through immediate assignment (e.g. Trouble Order or Service Order requiring immediate attention) or based on the schedule for work as created in the work scheduling function.
