Description
The test description and expected result of sGosN2 do not refer to the PIXIT. What is the added value of the PIXIT entry? I propose to remove the PIXIT reference from sGosN2 and make the PIXIT entry Gs5 "Ed1" only.
The expected result states: "DUT shall ignore the second GOOSE message with sqNum=0". No change required.

Good catch! PIXIT Gs5 has NEVER been used (even in 2007 version of test procedures)
Agree to remove reference from test procedure sGosN2 and fix PIXIT row for Gs5:
- change column "Ed" from "1,2" to "-"
- add to "value/Clarification" column "This entry has never been used. sGosN2 specifies to ignore duplicates without any choice of behaviours."
