The 61970-452 ed 4 has been published by IEC, but UCA has not yet published the open-source artifacts that were used to make the recommondation.
The artifacts (CIM Tool project and RDFS file) should be published to https://cimug.ucaiug.org/CIM%20Profiles/Forms/AllItems.aspx
