Buffered reporting testing – anomaly with resynch (write of entryId failed, but buffered reports still sent). Because of indexed report control block names, client selected different BRCB on second connection, but had entryId’s from the first. Check reporting guidelines document to make sure entryIds are associated with BRCB instance, not dataset.
