Add 61869-9 sample rates to UCA conformance certificates?
Description
Redmine database has the capability to record the nominal frequencies, sampling rates, and variants (without dataset declared).
However, Ed2.1 Certificates do not include this information (it was included on the 9-2LE (Ed1 publisher) certificates.
Suggest to add that information to the certificate.
Information frequency is limited to DC or 50Hz or 60Hz.
Information on variants can be selected from:
9-2LE (legacy) rates: F4000S1, F4800S1, F5760S1, F12800S8, F15360S8
preferred rates: F4800S2, F14400S6, F96000S1
Note that 61869-9 conformance test requires that each unique rate/nofASDU combination be individually tested (it allows a single data set to be chosen for each rate regardless of the number of analog channels available for that rate/nofASDU)
