Description
There is at last one implementation that change the files lastModified date everytime a FileDirectory request is performed.
Should we change 7-2 to be more explicit about the meaning of lastModified (e.g. something like the value should reflect the time of the last modification of the underlying file information).
Proposal descriptions
Would propose change to the 7-2 definition (Table 116) to something like the value should reflect the time of the last modification of the underlying file information
