Description

We need to review and clean up modeling to support set up of SCADA as part of the general use case for import of EMS modeling from an external modeler. SCADA setup needs a consistent technique for identifying whether a MeasurementValue is an ICCP point, or an RTU point, a calculated point, a 61850 point, or any other kind of source. For example, there could be mutually exclusive ICCPDefinition, RTUDefintion, CalcDefinition, SCLDefinition class associations from MeasurementValue. Then the definition classes would carry the data required to define it. (in the case of ICCP, this would get rid of the Alias usage.)
