Description

There is currently no mechanism available to mix ED.1 and ED.2 DataModels in an Ed.2 SCL file.
The use of a static set of CDCs in the ED.2 schema prevents ED.1 data models from being used in an ED.2 SCL file. Additionally, there is no mandatory mechanism provided to allows an indication if an IED is ED.1 or ED.2 in behavior after import into an SCT/SCT.
