Description
There are interoperability problems between client and server IEDs due to product implementation. For example, some IEDs does not allow to change the "OptFlds" of a report by means of ACSI services even when the ServiceSection defines the ReportSettings->optFields to "dyn". Conformance testing on SCL file should take care about these issues and confirm that SCL is totally conform to the product implementation.
