WG10 Proposal:

The UCA testing committee shall finalize the test procedures and then try to validate them. At the same time, the UCA testing committee shall investigate to what level conformance testing of tools is sufficient to create results that enable interoperability.Closed because tool conformance testing has been released and certification of tools is possible.

Short Proposal:

make sure that conformance tests for tools verify the behavior of the tools. On the other side, it may be questionable to what level conformance tests for tools can be developped to produce good results. An alternate approach may be to define some interoperability tests for tools.
