Instructions.bindingDOTType: The binding dispatch operating target type describes the binding dispatch operating target values, primarily differentiating among traditional generation set points (type = generation), load set points (type = load), or level changes (type = loadIncrease or loadReduction). Deprecate the attribute bindingDOD. This attribute was to be used for providing binding dispatch operating deltas. With the new bindingDOTType - the deltas are no longer necessary. All DOT values can be provided using the existing attribute bindingDOT.
