  energyProductType    Is the specification of FIRM/NFIRM from the contract or does it determine fixed or dispatchable based on price? Verify with Projects. 
  
  isDynamicInterchange    Check to see if this is more of a registration characteristic rather than the definition of the RegisteredInterTie    as selected from energyProductType. 
  
  minHourlyBlockLimit    Update descripion    to explain the use of the minimum hourly block limit.
