 NonlinearShuntCompensatorPoint should be aligned with NonlinearShuntCompensator. 
 Proposed change to the NonlinearShuntCompensatorPoint: 
 b: -Positive sequence shunt (charging) susceptance per section.- Total positive sequence shunt (charging) susceptance at section noted by sectionNumber. Inductive is negative value, capacitive is positive value. 
 b0: -Zero sequence shunt (charging) susceptance per section.- Total zero sequence shunt (charging) susceptance at section noted by sectionNumber. Inductive is negative value, capacitive is positive value. 
 g: -Positive sequence shunt (charging) conductance per section.- Total positive sequence shunt (charging) conductance at section noted by sectionNumber. Conductance must cannot be positive negative value. 
 g0: -Zero sequence shunt (charging) conductance per section.- Total zero sequence shunt (charging) conductance at section noted by sectionNumber. Conductance must cannot be positive negative value.
