Description

The new class ImpedanceTapChangerTabular has an association to ImpedanceTapChangerTable but does not have an association to either a PowerTransformer or a TransformerEnd as other types of TapChangers do (see attached diagram).

Proposed Solution

Add an association to the PowerTransformer or TransformerEnd to allow the definition of an ImpedanceTapChangerTabular to be associated with a defined Transformer.
