IEC 61850 » 61850-7-5 and 61850-7-500

Currently there is no standardized object to model three position switches - Three position switches are common in GIS where it is a combination of Isolator and Earth Switch.

IEC 62271-3, 2024 ( CD currently) explains how to model this as Annex F - Informative.

Treatment of three-position switches
Three position switches shall be considered as superposition of one disconnector and one
earthing switch. That means, open and close position of both, disconnector and earthing
switch, can be derived directly from existing logical nodes XSWI.
The intermediate position of the three-position-switch shall be derived from disconnector open
status AND earthing switch open status information.

Probably we should add this or refer to three position switch in the modelling?
