Description
The description for type, should be updated. It currently refers to a previous named enumeration (now called ResourceCertificationKind). The description can also be improved to describe what the type attribute describes.
Proposed Solution
Change current description of "Type of service based on ResourceAncillaryServiceType enumeration" to "The resource certification type described by the ResourceCertificationKind. A resource can have one to many types of certifications, based on the capabilities of that resource. For example, a resource may be certified for energy and later a reserve service."
Decision
Agree to update the description.
