Description

Billing characteristics will consist of different prices for different periods. Associating ChargeType with Period will make it possible to have one or more prices for a period for the charge.

Proposed Solution

This MR suggests adding the an association from ChargeType to Period, and then in the European Style Market Profile (IEC 62325-351) adding a corresponding association from ChargeType to Series_Period. See further attached file. The suggestion has been discussed and agreed in European retail SG 2023-10-25.
