Proposed Solution

This MR suggests adding the inherited attribute phaseCount from UsagePoint to Market Evaluation Point in the European Style Market Profile (IEC 62325-351). Se further attached file. The suggestion has been discussed and agreed in European retail SG 2023-03-15.
