Description

When sending grid billing masterdata, the MktActivityRecord will be the "event class" for which e.g. ChargeGroups with its ChargeType(s) will be provided. Hence the suggestion is to associate MktActivityRecord with ChargeGroup. Regarding ChargeGroup see also issue [[https://redmine.ucaiug.org/issues/6536]] .

Proposed Solution

This MR suggest addition of an association from MktActivityRecord to ChargeGroup. Se further attached file. The suggestion has been discussed and agreed in European retail SG 2023-10-25.
