Description

Some of the TF14 XSD based profile only include IdentifiedObject.mRID and Names.name.
It is my understanding that most of the profile used the naming model so that a use can read from the message the human readable names. The intention is not to update this information in another system.
However, it the name information is needed the IEC 61968-sereis of XSD based profile should include IdentifiedObject.name and IdentifiedObject.description in addition to Names to be aligned with 61970-301 and 61970-series of profiles and 61968-13. When Names are used it make sense to also include NameType.
