Description
This addition was described in IEC TR 62325-103. It will e.g. be used when sending “bulk change of Balance Responsible Party (BRP)” in one transaction (event). It is generally used when referencing an actor in an event, e.g. an "initiator party" like an actor requesting the information later to be sent further.
