Propose to change the datatype of the rampInterval attribute from Float to Minutes. Propose update to description of attribute.

Proposed Solution

Proposed defn "The rampInterval is used for market products that have a minimum ramp requirement. For example, rampInterval = 10 (minutes) for a contingency reserve marketProductType vs a rampInterval = 30 (minutes) for a replacement reserve marketProductType."

Propose change in datatype to Minutes.
