Propose to use DecimalQuantity for the attributes defaultCapacity, maximumCapacity, minimumCapacity
Proposed Solution
Currently attributes use datatype of Decimal. The addition of two attributes unitSymbol and unitMultiplier were requried due to the loss of the unit and Multiplier when the attributes datatypes were changed from ActivePower to Decimal. Propose to use DecimalQuantity datatype instead. Affected profiles will need to be updated when migrating to the use of the updated UML.
