Description

Addition of new attributes and replacement of existing priority attribute.

Proposed Solution

WG21 proposes to add the following new attributes to RegisteredDistributedResource:
energyDownRampRate (Response rate in Watts per second for reducing the resource's energy production or increasing the resource's energy consumption. ) ActivePowerChangeRate CIMDataType
energyUpRampRate (Response rate in Watts per second for increasing the resource's energy production or decreasing the resource's energy consumption. ) ActivePowerChangeRate CIMDataType
loadCriticality (rename priority attribute) (update description to become "Load criticality allows for the prioritization of loads associated with distributed resources.") PriorityKind enumeration
maximumResponseTime (The time by which the instruction can be reliably executed by the resource. Typically, this must be lower than the minimum response time for the service.) Seconds CIMDatatype

Decision

1/20/2022: agreed to add the new attributes and delete the attribute priority (verify previous version).
1/21/2022: Since priority attribute was added in iec62325cim04v06; rename priority attribute to become the loadCriticality.
