Add a new association to MarketProduct. Allows the specification of a MarketProduct for the ResourcePerformanceTimeSeriesFactor definitions.

Proposed Solution

New Association
ResourceTimeSeriesFactor 0..many -> 0..1 MarketProduct
Uses of ResourceTimeSeriesFactor describes distributed resource baselines or distributed resource operational reports following a demand response event.
