Description

Add new attribute unitMultiplier to allow definition of a multiplier for the various capacity attributes contained within the ResourceCapacity class.

Proposed Solution

Previously all capacity attributes had a datatype of ActivePower. They were changed due to an issue requiring further precision. See issue 16_0039. At that time a new attribute unitSymbol was add to specify the unit. A unitMultplier attribute is necessary to allow a multiplier to be used along with the unitSymbol.

Decision

1/13/2022: Alvaro to review potential replacement of datatype for each capacity attribute to Compound DecimalQuantity which offers currency, unit, multiplier and value attributes. This will have an impact on existing profiles.
1/20/2022: 3-4 profiles that are in production will be affected if the datatype is changed. Suggest that the new unitMultiplier attribute be added at this time. Create a new issue to address a future datatype change to DecimalQuantity.
