Description

Due to new requirements from ACER (European Energy Regulator), it is needed to register the technology and fuel type of the resources that are part of a RCMU. Project needs to have the technology and fuel type per CMU is to initially define the derating factor of the RCMU and evaluate the possible max capacity obligation

Proposed Solution

Add a new class Fuel (with attributes fuel and fuelSource). Add associations to RegisteredResource.

Decision

MarketCommon, add a new class called Fuel with the following descprition: A class indicating the origin of the fuel used at the related object. It has two fuel attributes, the fuel source one is for backwards compatibility with the American profiles. The new class is linked to RegisteredResource with cardinality 0..* at both sides.
