Addition of association

Proposed Solution

Add in the IEC 62325-301 - .An association 0..* to 0..* between RegisteredResource and Reason classes.
The purpose is to state when information is exchanged on a RegisteredResource if there is an error and the reason of this error. As an example in the information related to GSK, if a mRID of a RegisteredResource is provided, but the mRID is not correct or unknown.
To be added if possible in the Ed.2
