Description

Add two new associations. UsagePoint to AggregatedNode and UsagePoint to Pnode.

Proposed Solution

Reference to an aggregate node or pricing node to support CA requirements and NY REV (Reforming the Energy Vision).

Decision

No additional associations will be added. The existing path using PowerSystemResource allows associations between UsagePoint and AggregateNode and Pnode.
