ResourceAncillaryServiceQualification
DR Wholesale subteam suggestion for renaming this class along with the type ResourceAncillaryServiceType

Proposed Solution

Rename class ResourceAncillaryServiceQualification to : ResourceMarketQualificiation
Rename ResourceAncillaryServiceType to :
ResourceMarketType
This will allow use by types other than AS (non-AS types may already part of the enum).

Decision

See notes in diagram RegisteredResource_Issue_WG16_0007_06272013.jpg for change.
Enumerations will be spelled out, using CamelCase. Name of certification class to be ResourceCertification, type to be ResourceCertificationType. Need to address other enumerations which use similar abbreviations such as MarketProductType. Attributes that define capacity need to be pulled out of RegisteredGenerator and identified as a capacityType in the ResourceCapacity table.
