[2017-11-07]: Case is still open. Need more information. Aspects on DER, customer energy, contract, connectivity and etc. [2017-11-14]: Hold for next edition, Ed.4, since the topic is not mature yet. [2018-10-02]: High level building blocks are there in the IRM but responsibility for the use case and work process need to be clarified. Leave this open for next edition (Ed.4)
