New and updated IRM functions from Svein Olsen (proposed in the WG13/14 joint meeting on May 28, 2015) [2017-11-07]: The issue can be closed since the Part-1 team has been working on this for long time.
Decision
Added Network Modeling (NM) & Model Part Management (MPM) into Part-7 IRM. - Note that no change on the Part-7 Business Function name (less impact) - Also NCLC is not changed to SDP as proposed (to minimize impact) Pending WG16 review before adding Market Management functions (MO, MF) into EXT. Updated Part-5 for the proposed sub-functions and components [2017-11-07]: The issue can be closed since the Part-1 team has been working on this for long time.
