This issue is related to Issue #33.

Decision

Added new sub-function (Outage data distribution-ODD) into Part-3 IRM with a component, "Outage data for public" Reviewed in the WG14 Meeting at Cocoa Beach. Margaret will review this item with Part-3 team before closing it. [2017-10-31]: Need more discussion [2017-11-14]: Review EPRI document 3002010513 and 3002010512. [2018-10-02]: Summarized under the Report Management (RM) business function listed under the External to IEC. Update the IRM Report Management to list this as an example (through Canadian National Committee)
