Proposed Solution

To discuss and may add or extend the IRM The decision is to include WG13 & 14 but not sure about WG16. Information relevant to WG16 will be documented and shared with WG16. List them as separate issue with own resolution. Compare this to the SGAM list from Greg R. IEC62913 for gap analysis (granularity is a concern or how to group). It is agreed to list logical functions rather than individual physical actors such as pool pump. [2017-10-26]: To review the list in future Part-1 meetings

Decision

- Ancillary Ops Market: not added, need to contact WG16 team - Appliance Control: covered by Part-9 Load Control and Ext PAN / PAN device management. - Building management: Part-9/DR, EXT/PAN / Customer EMS in PAN. - Designated Dispatch Entity: Part-9/DERDAC/DER control - Distribution Generation Aggregation: Part-4/DERI - Distribution Storage: Part-4/DERI and Part-9/DERDAC - Distribution Asset Management: Part-4/DERI - Energy Information Provider: Part-9/MD - Field Area Network: EXT/FAN - Gateway: Part-9/MS - Grid Operations: Part-3/NMON and CTL - Load Management System (including volt/var control): Part-3/CTL/VVC - Microgrid: EXT/MG - Resource Aggregation: Part-4/DERI - Security Management: Part-4/AMM [2017-10-26]: Need review late [2017-11-14]: Two steps: 1) to cover the business functions summarized in Jays document for the DER focus group; 2) to use the smart grid standards map Architecture View as a check list http://smartgridstandardsmap.com/ [2018-10-02]: IRM has been fundamentally re-organized using ArchiMate. The listed issues have been included in the new IRM.
