Proposed Solution

Part-8 CSRV has some coverage but need to be extended if needed. Part-9 has DR but Part-3 does not


Decision

See updates on Part-8 CSRV / Customer Demand Response Program. No request from Part-3 team on DR functions. [2017-10-26]: Part-8 is in discussion on the functions in the Richland Meeting (#63) so the case needs to stay open. Part-1 team need to visit the proposal from the Part-8 team. [2017-10-31]: Part-8 has come up with updated business functions to be included in the IRM. This issue can be closed.
