Decision
HAN is covered (PAN) under both Part 9 and External functions. DER functions related to Part-9 have been added and provided by Chris K. See Distributed Energy Resource Data Acquisition and Control (DERDAC) business sub function under Part-9. Should EV be treated as a DER or a special function? It is typically treated as distributed energy storage system. See DER Storage System sub-function under Part-9 DERDAC [2017-10-26]: DER is not special from business function perspective, so no DER specific functions need to be defined in IRM.
