The diagram can be better presented. The yellow boxes at the left are more of "actors" that use the business functions listed in the center.
Decision
Group discussion [2017-10-26]: Both Fig 1 & 2 need to be updated. The Fig 1 needs to be replaced with a context diagram as suggested by Henry. The Fig 3 can be replaced by the IRM overview diagram. Action Item: Henry to put a context diagram for Fig 1 by 11/26. Action Item: Greg to put a diagram (system based) for Fig 2 by 12/01 [2018-10-02]: Updated in the Ed.3 CDV release in 2018/09
