Description

Support exchange of limit values in SSH profile
- Need to exchange a normal or default limit and also the present limit value. Normal limit exchanged in EQ profile and the present limit exchanged in the SSH profile.

Proposed Solution

Add an attribute to all the specializations of OperationalLimit using the same data type as used for the "value" attribute. Name the new attribute "normalValue". E.g. VoltageLimit.normalValue:Voltage. Document as the normal or default limit which may be used to determine the operational limit value. Also add this new attribute to EQ profile. The "value" attribute moves from EQ to the SSH profile.

Decision

Add these to model then review. 8/24/216 call.

Old issue. All is solved in CIM17 released standards.
