The Wire model impedance changes that was created in Cocoa Beach was finally decided in Cavtat. Refer to notes 2016_06_06_to_10_notes_WG13_WG14_meetings_Cavtat.docx section "2016-06-07 Notes WG13/WG14 modelling meeting".

- g conductance
- fromPhase as SinglePhaseKind
- toPhase as SinglePhaseKind
Note that this change must be coordiated with WG14 due to associations between 61970 and 61968, see notes from Cocoa Beach and Cavtat.
ACLineSegmentPhase is removed.
